DIE SETTER
LOCATION: DUBUQUE IA
SHIFT: 1ST
WAGE: $24.61/HR
Tends hand feed mechanical presses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set dies in presses using forklift to move dies and then make manual adjustments
- Set material in stand using forklift
- Remove banding from material
- Operate presses
- Maintain Lubrication levels
- Dump scrap material
- Run sample parts
- Complete required paperwork
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Maintain safe and clean work environment
- Assist with set-ups
- Forlift certified
- Must pass CRT exam and pass PMA automation training
