Pay Rate: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Position Overview
Sedona Staffing is hiring for a dynamic Customer Service Representative / Crew Member to join a high-energy, fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is responsible for delivering friendly and efficient service, accurate order processing, basic food preparation, and maintaining clean dining and workspace areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Care: Warmly greet incoming guests, answer menu questions, and ensure every customer leaves with a positive dining experience.
- Order Processing: Accurately take and process food, beverage, and soft-serve treat orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Payment Handling: Process cash, credit, and debit transactions quickly and accurately while balancing registers.
- Food & Treat Preparation: Prepare and serve menu items, ice cream treats, and beverages in accordance with quality and safety standards.
- Maintenance & Sanitation: Keep the counter, dining room, drive-thru, and food preparation areas clean, stocked, and fully organized.
- Team Collaboration: Assist teammates during peak rush hours to keep drive-thru and front-counter lines moving smoothly.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for order taking and cash handling.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Prior experience in fast food, retail, or hospitality is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
