Inventory Control Specialist
Location: Monticello, WI
Salary: $60,000 per year

Position Summary: A growing custom cheese packaging company, is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist to help maintain accurate inventory records and support production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain production and inventory data in the ERP system.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
- Analyze inventory trends and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare inventory reports and support corrective actions.
- Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of inventory control, manufacturing, logistics, or related experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn ERP systems.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
