Sedona Staffing is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time opportunity. If you are passionate about providing quality patient care and enjoy working in a team-oriented healthcare environment, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established nursing standards.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
- Follow all healthcare regulations, policies, and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN or RN license in the state of employment.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Previous nursing experience is preferred, but qualified new graduates are welcome to apply.
