MANUFACTURING LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
Sedona Staffing of Cedar Rapids is seeking a temporary Lab Technician for a Cedar Rapids production facility. This position will last up to 1 year.
HOURS: 1ST OR 3RD shift | 6PM-6AM OR 6AM-6PM| ROTATING SCHEDULE
Wage: $22 per hour
This position requires a candidate that has:
- Associate Degree in Science or related field
- 3+ years’ laboratory experience or combination of education and experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in both an office and production environment
- Prior experience with various testing equipment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
Primary Duties will include:
- Cutting of metals and other finished products for testing using shears and other cutting tools
- Assist with material testing
- Data Entry of results into spreadsheet
- Other duties as assigned
